Delivery & Installation
From Order to First Soak
We handle everything. Delivery, installation, commissioning, and a full handover so you know exactly how your hot tub works.
Seven Steps to Your First Soak
Most customers go from first visit to first soak in two to four weeks. Here's what happens along the way.
Choose Your Hot Tub
Visit our showroom, try a wet test, and pick the model that fits your garden and your budget.
Site Survey
Mark visits your property to check access, measure the space, and plan the best route for delivery.
Base Preparation
We give you clear guidance on base requirements. Most customers use a concrete slab or reinforced paving.
Delivery Day
Our team delivers your hot tub on a flatbed and positions it exactly where you want it. Side gate, rear access, or crane lift if needed.
Installation
We connect the plumbing, fill the tub, and run a full systems check. Your electrician connects the power supply.
Commissioning & Handover
We balance the water chemistry, walk you through the controls, and make sure you are confident with day-to-day care.
First Soak
That's it. Your hot tub is ready. We leave you with a starter chemical kit and our direct phone number if you ever need us.
Getting the Foundation Right
Your hot tub needs a solid, level surface that can handle the weight. A filled hot tub with people in it can weigh over 2,000kg. That sounds like a lot, but a standard concrete slab handles it easily.
Mark covers all of this during the site survey. If your base needs work, we can recommend local contractors who do it regularly.
Suitable Bases
Concrete Slab
Minimum 100mm thick, steel-reinforced. The most common choice.
Reinforced Paving
Slabs on a solid sub-base. Must be level within 10mm.
Reinforced Deck
Timber or composite, built to carry the load. We can advise on specifications.
We'll Get It There
Every garden is different. We've delivered hot tubs through narrow side gates, across fields, and over rooftops. Whatever the challenge, we'll find a way.
Side Gate
Standard delivery through a side gate. Minimum 80cm width.
Over the House
Crane lift over the roof. More common than you'd think.
Rear Access
Direct access from the back. Fields, driveways, paths.
Crane Lift
For gardens with no ground access. We arrange everything.
Power Supply
Most hot tubs need a dedicated 32A supply, installed by a qualified electrician. A few entry-level models run on a standard 13A plug.
Each product page shows the exact electrical requirement. We can recommend local electricians who install hot tub supplies regularly.
Required for most hot tubs and all swim spas. Hardwired by a qualified electrician with its own RCD protection.
Available on selected entry-level models. Plugs into a standard outdoor socket. No electrician needed.
Hampshire and Beyond
We deliver and install across Hampshire and the surrounding counties. Free delivery within our standard area.
