Hot Tubs Hampshire

Terms and Conditions

These terms apply to purchases and installations made through Hot Tubs Hampshire, a trading name of PoolPro Ltd, registered in England and Wales. Our showroom is at Mount Folly Nurseries, Southwick Road, North Boarhunt, Hampshire PO17 6JH.

If you have any questions, call us on 01329 832294 or email [email protected] before placing an order.

1. Orders and payment

All orders are confirmed in writing. A deposit (typically 20-25% of the purchase price) secures your order and your delivery slot. The balance is due before or on the day of delivery, unless you are using finance.

Prices shown on our website are inclusive of VAT at the current UK rate. We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors before an order is confirmed.

2. Delivery and installation

We carry out all deliveries and installations ourselves using our own team. We do not use sub-contractors for installations.

We will agree a delivery date with you after your order is confirmed. We require reasonable access to your property, including a firm, level surface for the hot tub and a clear path at least 90cm wide. If a site survey is needed, we will arrange this with you at no extra charge.

If you need to reschedule, please give us at least five working days’ notice so we can reallocate the slot.

3. Survey and site requirements

It is your responsibility to ensure the installation site meets the requirements we discuss at survey stage. These include (but are not limited to): suitable electrical supply, structural support for the filled weight of the hot tub, and compliant access.

If we arrive on installation day and the site is not ready, we may need to reschedule. A repeat visit charge may apply in this case.

4. Electrical work

Hot tubs require a dedicated 32A or 63A outdoor supply wired to Part P of the Building Regulations. You are responsible for arranging this work through a qualified electrician before delivery, unless you have agreed otherwise in writing.

5. Manufacturer warranty

All new hot tubs and swim spas come with the manufacturer’s warranty. Warranty periods and terms vary by brand and model. please ask us for the specific warranty card at the time of purchase.

Warranties cover manufacturing defects. They do not cover damage caused by incorrect chemical maintenance, improper use, frost (if the unit is left without power in freezing conditions), or physical damage.

6. Cancellations

You may cancel your order within 14 days of the written order confirmation for a full refund of your deposit, provided your hot tub has not yet been ordered from our supplier or prepared for delivery.

If you cancel after this 14-day window, or once the unit has been allocated or despatched, we reserve the right to retain the deposit to cover reasonable costs already incurred.

In-stock or ex-display models may have different cancellation terms, which we will make clear at the time of purchase.

7. Returns

Hot tubs are bespoke items delivered to order and installed at your property. Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, the right to cancel without charge does not apply to goods made to specification or clearly personalised. However, if goods are faulty or not as described, your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 still apply in full.

If you believe your hot tub is faulty, contact us as soon as possible so we can investigate and put things right.

8. Ex-display and used models

Ex-display and pre-owned hot tubs are sold with any known faults disclosed in writing. These models may not carry a full manufacturer warranty; any warranty offered will be stated at the time of sale.

9. Finance

Finance is provided by a third-party lender, not by Hot Tubs Hampshire. Your finance agreement is with the lender and is subject to their terms. We are an introducer only. Finance is subject to status, terms and conditions, and age restrictions.

10. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or anything else that cannot be limited by law.

Subject to the above, our total liability for any claim arising from a purchase is limited to the price you paid for the goods or services in question.

We are not liable for indirect losses such as lost income or consequential damage, except where required by law.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by English law. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page applies to orders placed after the date shown below. Existing orders are not affected by changes made after your order is confirmed.
