Arrive and Relax
Just bring a swimsuit and a towel. We have a private changing area, and the kettle is always on for a cuppa before or after your soak.
There is no rush. Take your time, try different seats, adjust the jets, and ask us anything. That is the whole point.
No Pushy Sales. Ever.
This is the single most common phrase in our customer reviews. We would rather you go away, think about it, and come back when you are ready than feel rushed into anything. A wet test is about helping you make the right decision, not closing a sale.
"There was no pushy sales tactics, and they even recommended we look at other hot tubs before making a decision."
