Three layers work together: a reflective copper barrier lines every wall and the base, reflecting radiant heat back into the spa. BlueMAAX copper technology recycles waste heat from the pumps back through the plumbing. The entire shell is then wrapped in 3M Thinsulate, the same material used in professional winter clothing. The result is measurably lower running costs, even through a Hampshire winter. Standard on the 500 and 700 Series, with a lifetime insulation warranty.

CleanZone uses the same UV-C technology that purifies municipal drinking water, combined with an ozone generator. Together they kill 99.9% of micro-organisms, bacteria, viruses and parasites. Chemical use drops significantly, which means softer water on your skin and less time spent on maintenance. The 700 Series gets CleanZone Ultra (UV-C + Ozone) as standard. The 500 Series includes CleanZone Sanitiser (ozone only), with the full Ultra upgrade available as an option.

Champagne Air is a separate massage system that uses air rather than water. A dedicated 1.5HP blower pushes air through 10 to 20 Champagne Air jets, creating a gentle fizz that works on softer tissue. It is designed for sensitive muscles, toxin clearance, and whole-body relaxation rather than deep-tissue pressure. Standard on 700 and 500 Series (except the Trio), optional on the 300 Series.

The SmartTouch2 panel gives you control over temperature, jet zones, LED lighting scenes, filtration schedules and your Bluetooth music system from a single screen. It works when wet, so you can adjust everything without getting out. Wi-Fi connectivity is built in on 700 Series models, optional on the 500, giving you app control from anywhere.

AquaGlo places LED lighting across multiple zones: underwater arrays (up to 17 lights on the 700 Series), illuminated cup holders, lit diverter valves, and backlit contoured pillows. The signature Aurora Cascades are illuminated laminar streams of water that provide a visual and sound effect after dark. Four cascades on the 700 Series, two on the 500. Warm colours stimulate circulation and energy; cool colours promote calm.

VitaSpa uses an appliance-grade steel sub-structure that is 40% lighter yet 250% stronger than traditional wooden frames. It will not warp, rot, split or crack. Every mechanical component can be serviced in situ without lifting the spa. The steel frame carries a lifetime warranty and is standard on the 500 and 700 Series.

VitaSpa uses 56-frame direct-drive pumps, which are physically larger and more powerful than the 48-frame motors found in most competitor spas. They are fully electronic with no mechanical switches, which means longer life and better energy efficiency. The 700 Series runs three 3HP pumps; the 500 Series runs two.
